Everything You Need To Know About Burns Road Food Street

Every country has many streets but few of them are famous for whole the world and I am here to discuss the streets which are famous for food. 

Taksim square

Taksim Square (Istanbul, Türkiye) is famous for its amazing location where shops are selling donner kebab, You can enjoy the food sitting on benches in a beautiful environment. 

Bashandy

Bashandy (Cairo, Egypt) street is famous for selling falafel which is the country's traditional food and locals enjoy food for lunch and breakfast. 

Khao san road

Khao san road (Bangkok, Thailand) is famous for its food and other accommodation. On the streets of Khao san road, you can easily find cafes, restaurants, and bars at a good price. 

Same like our country Pakistan has some famous streets in different cities. But today I am going to tell you about Karachi. As you know Karachi is famous for its street foods, so there is one street in Karachi called Burns Road which is quite amazing, colorful, and full of food. It's like heaven for foodies. 

Burns road

Burns Road is located in the old area of Karachi and it is famous for the iconic, oldest food streets of Karachi. You can easily find food as per your desire. Liquor shops, Restaurants, and food carts are serving huge quantities of quality food in every range. You can fulfill your stomach at a reasonable price. You can find traditional food to continental food. From nihari to paay, chicken to fish. You can enjoy food in an open environment. They have a good sitting area for boys and a family Hall too. For the children there is a joker who shows their funny acts and some magic tricks, Definitely you and your loved ones, not get bored. 

I shortlisted a few top items of the burns road street, you should try these items on my recommendation, after the taste I am 100% sure "you feel like a taste of heaven.

 Waheed kabab house

Waheed Kabab house is a familiar name on burns road street. It was started in 1961. They provide a real taste of Delhi foods. They are the third generation serving Delhi foods and maintain their taste over the decades. They have a huge quantity of dishes including tikka Botti, chicken tikka, nihari, dagha kababs, and much more. But their specialty is fry kabab. Fry kabab tastes can make you fall in love with food in case you are not a foodie😉.

Karachi Haleem

Karachi Haleem restaurant is also a famous name for Karachites and by name, you can observe it is famous for Haleem. They serve Haleem and other various traditional items at affordable prices. Karachi Haleem possesses an iconic and classic style. You can enjoy your Haleem in a comfortable dine-in or dine-out on burns road.

Agha Sajji corner

Agha Sajji is well known for its Sajji and karahi. Sajji is made on an open fire, where it is slowly roasted with the skin. Skin keeps the juices of the chicken and increase the taste and provides authenticity. They serve Sajji with the topping of special masalas which increase the taste by 2x.

 Azaad Bun kabab house

Azaad bun kabab

Azaad bun kabab(burger) was established in 1952. It Is one of the oldest shops on burns road. The good thing about burns road is that all the sellers are in the food business from generation to generation. Azaad bun kabab served bun with onion, kabab inside, and serve with a special sauce(chutney). Chutney provides the reason " Why azaad bun kabab is the best burger/bun kabab seller on a burns road.
